By Doug Newhouse |

MarketPlace Development and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) will shortly host a concessions briefing for new retail and F&B opportunities.

Its ‘Concessions Leasing Outreach Forum’ covering opportunities at Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International airports will take place on Tuesday, September 23 between 10:00am-12:00pm at the Residence Inn Arlington Capital View Hotel (2850 South Potomac Avenue, Arlington, Virginia.

MarketPlace and the MWAA say they are inviting national, local and regional retailers, quick-service food operators and restaurant specialists to attend and learn about these opportunities and the leasing processes at both Washington airports.

“We look forward to continuing success in improving the concessions programmes at Washington’s airports and meeting the needs of today’s travellers,” said Paul McGinn, President of MarketPlace Development.

“As we continue to add new concessions to both airports, passengers can look forward to a unique representation of local, regional and national concepts, recognized brands, and an overall enhanced shopping and dining experience.”
