Two of Pernod Ricard’s most prestigious brands, Martell and Royal Salute, can now be bought at DFS’s downtown Galleria in Singapore for pick-up later at Changi Airport as part of a promotion that includes an exclusive space for the brands in the Galleria.

 

Martell and Royal Salute share the single area, but have separate discovery zones to give travellers the chance to explore each brand’s craftsmanship and heritage individually.

 

For Martell, founded in 1715 and the oldest of the major Cognac houses, an olfactory bar enables shoppers to learn about each Cognac quality, while touchscreens showcase food pairings and refined dishes to accompany each Martell product. The pinnacle of the Martell range, L’OR de Jean Martell, is displayed alongside the latest limited editions.

 

Meanwhile, Royal Salute – the only whisky range to start at 21 years old and the number one prestige Scotch in China – uses an interactive screen to invite shoppers to learn more about and to experience the global association the brand has with polo. A rare Tribute To Honour bottle is glorified in the centre of the space to showcase the prestigious status of Royal Salute. Blended from the scarcest of whiskies and aged for a minimum of 45 years, there are only 21 bottles in the world.

DFS’s Singapore Galleria is in Scotts Road, adjacent to the Orchard Road shopping hub. It is home to more than 40 boutiques from top brands across key categories. It is one of 14 downtown Gallerias operated by the LVMH-owned retailer.
