Nuance-Watson, Lancôme, Vic Tu tie up for Hypnôse event
By Kevin Rozario |
Joint venture duty free and travel retailer Nuance-Watson and beauty giant Lancôme will, next week, host a special in-store event at Singapore Changi Airport to commemorate the launch of the limited-edition Hypnôse Show by Alber Elbaz.
Lancôme international make-up artist, Vic Tu, will be at Nuance-Watson’s Perfumes & Cosmetics store at Terminal 3 – an appearance that is exclusive to the Asia Pacific region – where customers will get to see him take on live makeup demonstrations and share tips and tricks using the latest travel retail launch from Lancôme.
Tu, who is said to have been charming women in Asia for over 10 years, will be present on 30 and 31 July from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. He is known for his easy-going demeanour and is highly acclaimed by his celebrity clients.
The limited edition Hypnôse Show line (see below) encompasses mascaras, eye shadow palettes and mono eye shadows, with its packaging designed by Elbaz, currently the Artistic Director of Lanvin. Elbaz says: “The real theme running through the collection is the eyes, and rounded forms. I wanted to create rounded shapes with a hint of humour.”
The collection retails from S$34 for a mono eye shadow to S$48 for a mascara and S$72 for an eye shadow palette [all prices exclusive of GST and good for the month of July] and is available at all Perfumes & Cosmetics stores at Changi Airport.
