Adelaide Airport’s awards to LSTR

LS travel retail Pacific has won Adelaide Airport’s Specialty Retailer of the Year award, as well as Overall Retailer of the Year.
The retailer reports that Aelia Duty Free and Victoria’s Secret Beauty & Accessories took the ’top honours’, while the International Retailer of the Year award went to NewsLink.
LSTR said in a statement that the awards recognise operators who drive ‘excellent sales performance and constantly surpass expectations, while offering first class customer service in this fast-paced environment’.
Commenting, LS travel retail Pacific CEO Matt Mercier said: “We are honoured to have received this recognition from Adelaide Airport, one of our most valued airport partners. It is a testament to the hardworking teams at our Adelaide stores, whose commitment to customer service and achieving outstanding results has truly shone through at the Retailer of the Year Awards.”

Adelaide Airport Managing Director Mark Young added: “We congratulate LS Travel on their success at Adelaide Airport over the past year. Besides the main awards, each of the winning teams from their respective stores were presented with certificates, hampers, and an advertising package with Ohh Media worth $20,000.
