Cannes preview for latest Grand Marnier TR limited editions

By Caroline Sargent |

Grand Marnier is to launch two travel retail limited edition packs at Cannes: a celebratory bottle called ‘Parisian Café’ and a 1l gift bottle with enclosed complimentary 5cl miniature.

Continuing its brand story ‘Spirit of France with Cognac’ with a new chapter, the latest preview travel retail pack is described as ‘retro-chic’ and pays tribute to Parisian art de vivre through its depiction of elegant cafés and brasseries, symbolic to international travellers as places of contemplation and inspiration.

The bottle design takes its lead from the Art Déco and Art Nouveau periods of the 1920s, also very popular in Europe and America. There is also a nod to the golden age of cocktails, which marked an ‘era of splendour’ for Grand Marnier.

The limited edition bottle will be available in airports from Summer 2015.

Also available to preview at Cannes is Grand Marnier’s latest extension to its gift pack collection – a 1l bottle co-packed with a 5cl miniature. This new GWP pack is designed to complement the existing GWP offer featuring a branded cocktail glass.

It will be available to all travel retail operators from early 2015.
