Ramco Human Capital Management (HCM) reports that it is now working with Delhi Duty Free Services (DDFS) at Delhi International Airport Private Limited.
 
The company says it is pleased to be working with India’s largest duty free retail operator at Delhi International Airport T3 where it will supply ‘the most advanced technology’ to address Recruitment, Workforce Management, Employee Development and Performance Management across the 700-strong workforce.

Ramco says that its HCM solution will cover every aspect of an employee life cycle, pertaining to shift management, shift deviation and time management.
