The global travel retail division of confectionery house Perfetti Van Melle has hired Benedict Ho this month as its International Area Manager ASPAC replacing Estee Teo.

Ho spent the past six years mainly in the tobacco industry working for JTI and Philip Morris, with duty free and travel retail part of his responsibility at both companies. Most recently he worked at money transfer group Western Union.

In his new role Ho will further develop PVM’s business in Asia Pacific. Susan De Vree, PVM’s Global Travel Retail Manager, comments: “With Benedict’s experience, knowledge and personality, I am very confident he will succeed in supporting our brands and expand our ASPAC business in close cooperation with our customers. I wish him every success in his new role.”
