DFS Macau Masters of Time begins

By Doug Newhouse |

DFS opened the sixth Masters of Time event in Macau last weekend with a preview of the watches on show and a welcoming dinner.

DFS Group President of Global Merchandising Harold Brooks welcomed a gathering of more than 400 guests at the Shoppes at Four Seasons, where a lively and informed panel of pioneering industry experts discussed some of the latest watch and jewellery trends.

Brooks told a very attentive audience that this year’s event is the world’s largest retail exhibition of fine watches and also fine jewellery by DFS.

Meanwhile, the panel of experts comprised watch industry veteran Jean-Claude Biver, watch commentator and Hodinkee.com founder Benjamin Clymer, plus jewellery historian Vivienne Becker.
