Porsche Design opens with GMR Hyderabad

Top Porche Design HydrabadPorsche Design has opened a new store at GMR Hyderabad International Airport in India, marking the second retail outlet to be opened at an Indian airport.

 

The new store is located in the domestic Security Hold Area (SHA) and offers a diverse product portfolio, comprising exclusive Porsche Design bags, leather accessories, footwear, eyewear, watches and apparel.

 

The airport says it believes the brand has already made an impact on Hyderabad Airport’s ‘elite and upwardly mobile passengers’, while it maintains that it remains amongst the fastest growing airports in the region.

 

Hyderabad also points to its presence amongst the top three airports in the ACI ASQ survey for the last seven consecutive years which it believes has resonated with Porsche Design and the profile of customers it wishes to attract to the brand.

Commenting on the addition of Porsche Design to the retail portfolio of Hyderabad Airport, SGK Kishore, CEO at GMR Hyderabad International Airport (GHIAL) said: “Having Porsche Design on board has definitely given a strong push and value addition to our rich retail portfolio.

MAKING AN IMPACT ON CUSTOMERS…

Hyderabad Airport now claims to have connectivity with more than 50 global destinations and points to a surge in passenger growth which has reached a total of more than 12.5m passengers a year.

 

The airport adds that with an average of some 34,0000 passengers a day it has fast become ‘a lucrative destination for top retail brands from across the globe’.
