DFS celebrates value of loyalty in new campaign

DFS T GalleriaT Galleria by DFS underlines that ‘loyalty is everything’ in its latest autumn campaign this year, where the focus is centred on nine (mostly high profile) individuals, as the retailer explores what loyalty means ‘to each of us’.

 

The company – which claims to be the world’s leading luxury travel retailer – says it is posing the question – ‘What are you loyal to?’ – and subsequently celebrating loyalty ‘in all of its forms’ with its Fall 2016 campaign aligning itself with nine international influencers, global travellers and friends of the DFS brand’ to share their most treasured loyalty experiences and values.

 

NINE INTERNATIONAL ‘INFLUENCERS’

This cast includes the following: Tory Burch, CEO and Designer, New York; Caroline de Maigret, Music Producer, Paris; Susie Bubble, Style Editor, London; Hao Yun Xiang, Model, Beijing; Hana Tam, Social Media Star, Hong Kong; Alexius Dorsey, DFS Employee, Honolulu; JeCarlo Palomo, T Galleria by DFS, Employee, Guam; Helen Shum, DFS Employee, San Francisco; and Ice Chan, T Galleria by DFS Employee, Hong Kong.

The campaign is being rolled out this month and onward through September and October through DFS’ in-store, online and social media avenues.

 

DFS Group’s Senior Vice President, Creative Branding Direction John Gerhardt commented: “This season we were particularly inspired by the many relationships that make up the unique T Galleria by DFS experience – from customers to sales staff, brands to retailers and influencers to fans – and we wanted to celebrate the value of loyalty, which is at the core of all these experiences.

17 DOWNTOWN AND 17 AIRPORT STORES…

“Every person has a story to tell about where their loyalty lies and we were thrilled to explore that concept with our cast, while taking an entire season to celebrate and thank our customers for the immense loyalty they show us every day when they shop at T Galleria by DFS.”

 

DFS now points to 17 downtown T Galleria by DFS outlets and 17 airport DFS stores in 14 countries, ahead of the 18th T Galleria store in Venice, which scheduled to open in Venice in October [followed by another in Paris, according to LVMH-Ed].

SPECIAL PRIVILEGES FOR LOYAL T MEMBERS

Within these outlets, DFS says its customers will have many opportunities to become part of the autumn celebration season’s interactive, cartoon-inspired visual merchandising set-up, plus DFS’ ’immersive digital experience’ which features campaign videos, cast interviews and travel guides at TGalleria.com.

 

The company adds that members of DFS Group’s LOYAL T programme will also extended ‘special access, benefits and privileges’ as a thank you to those who demonstrate their ‘LOYAL T’ to DFS.

DFS adds: “Every day, members who shop with DFS can earn and redeem points for every dollar they spend, gaining access to an increasing array of services the more they shop.

 

“Members who shop with DFS this season will enjoy exclusive gifts from their favourite brands, intimate member-only events and experiences as well as a chance to win one million LOYAL T points.”
