Tom Ford Beauty rocks new spring colours

By Caroline Sargent |

Complementing his ‘subversively seductive’ ready-to-wear collection, Tom Ford has released some bold new colours for his Spring 2015 Colour Collection beauty line.

Drawing inspiration from 70’s rock and roll, the line-up offers three new limited edition Eye Colour Duos, accompanied by two new shades of Extreme Mascara and two new Nail Lacquer colours.

Using a new gelle powder formula that captures pigments and light on the eye with flawless application, the three new Eye Color Duos come in shades of Ripe Plum, Raw Jade and Crushed Indigo.

While inspired by nature, each shade is intensely infused with metallics to create an effect that is described by the brand as ‘a perversion of nature’.

The contrasting light and dark eye shadows create instant dramatic tension and a highly polished, multi-dimensional look and can be applied dry for a soft, sleek finish or wet, for a bold, chromatic effect.

To intensify the eye even further, Tom Ford Extreme Mascara is now available in Black Plum and Teal Intense.

A specially designed, full, dense brush applies advanced filling powders in a clump-free, creamy formula to lashes for a look that lasts throughout the day.

To complete the look, there are two new surprising shades of Tom Ford Nail Lacquer to choose from: Black Jade or Indigo Night, the polish adding layers of light and shimmer to the nails.

The Tom Ford Beauty Spring 2015 Colour Collection is available now at Dubai International Airport, Terminal 1, Concourse 3; London Heathrow Airport, Terminals 3 and 5; and DFS Galleria Waikiki, Hawaii.
