Trinity 2016 heads for Mumbai in September

Top Trinity Forum 2015‘Adding value to the consumer journey in an omni-channel age’ is the title of this year’s Trinity Forum 2016 which is scheduled to be held in Mumbai India for the first time this year from 12–14 September.

Once again the conference is being organised jointly by The Moodie Davitt Report, ACI World and ACI Asia-Pacific and this year it will be hosted by Mumbai International Airport Limited and feature some leading figures in the airport, retail and supplier sectors.

The organisers say these will include G.V.Sanjay Reddy, Vice Chairman, GVK and Managing Director, Mumbai International Airport Ltd; Julián Díaz, CEO, Dufry; Doug Bagley, Managing Director, Diageo Global Travel; and Paul Griffiths, CEO, Dubai Airports.

The owners of the event add that this is ‘one of the most powerful’ in its history and this year it will focus on several important issues, including reinventing the airport retail model; looking at the challenges associated with an omni-channel structure; transforming the consumer journey; changing consumer aspirations; and examining the industry’s future from the perspective of all parties within the ‘trinity’.

The organisers say that special early bird registration rates for ACI members are good until 30 June at US$900 before they rise to $1,150 from 1 July, while non-ACI members pay $1,100 until 30 June and $1,350 from 1 July 2016.

The event – which is being held two and a half weeks before the Cannes TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in France (2-7 October) – opens with the traditional cocktail reception on Monday 12 September, followed by the conference on 13 and 14 September. The Gala Dinner will follow on 13 September.
