International Shoppes, Estée Lauder, the Hudson Group and The Paradies Shops were all recognised in the 2014 Washington Dulles Airport Annual Concessions Excellence Awards.

These awards were announced recently and jointly by concessions manager MarketPlace Development, Washington Dulles International Airport and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. The awards are given to those who have achieved excellence in the retail and food and beverage areas at Washington Dulles.

Various awards were presented to Washington Dulles’ retailers, quick-service food operators and restaurateurs at the year-end merchant meeting held at the Hyatt Dulles Airport hotel in December. The following ‘best in class’ awards on the retail side were announced based on 2014 customer service mystery shopping scores and monthly operations inspections.
