Top Newark AirportNewark Liberty Airport Terminal B commercial manager Westfield is offering 29 retail, dining and amenity business offers in seven categories, including duty free, specialty retail, health and awareness, travel essentials, ATM, currency echange and F&B.

Westfield says the process will consider both local and international brands over the 33,000sq ft of space available and it plans to hold its first meeting and Terminal B tour on December 13 this month with proposals due on January 31, 2017.

“We’re looking for unique brands and motivated partners who are excited about working with us to reimagine Terminal B and highlight the amazing sights, sounds and flavours of New Jersey.”

CAPTURING LOCAL ‘FEEL’

“The Terminal will also capture the urban look and feel of North Jersey in Ironbound, with design elements inspired by metal and brick, as well as vibrant street art. The Ironbound District is sophisticated yet approachable, with culinary treasures that bring diverse flavours and ingredients.

“Whether at a boutique, the beach or the Boardwalk, The Garden State offers a different kind of adventure for everyone: fresh, artisanal foods, scenic views and the great outdoors.”
