Changi Airport Group’s World of Wines & Spirits gearing up for fifth edition
By Faye Bartle |
Changi Airport Group’s World of Wines & Spirits (WOWS) is returning for its fifth edition from 16-17 October under the theme of The Vault.
Organised in partnership with Lotte Duty Free, this year’s event is inspired by the idea of a private repository and will showcase a curated collection of more than 60 exceptional wines and spirits from over 30 brands.
WOWS 2026 is taking place at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach and will feature sought-after expressions including The Dalmore Cask Curation Series: The Madeira Cask Edition, Fettercairn The Vanguard Series Rare – 30 Years Old, The Macallan Red Collection and Tales of The Macallan Volume II.
The venue will be transformed into a multi-dimensional showcase across five distinct zones. This is being complemented by an opening performance as well as a caviar canapé experience paired with cognac and whisky tastings, curated by Kaluga Queen.
The wider collection will be available to the public through the WOWS online platform – wows.changiairport.com.
“World of Wines & Spirits has grown into Changi Airport’s flagship platform for premium wines and spirits,” said Hung Jean, Managing Director of Airside Concessions, Changi Airport Group (CAG).
“Together with Lotte Duty Free and our brand partners, we are bringing collectors and enthusiasts closer to exceptional bottles through carefully curated experiences that celebrate their craftsmanship, heritage and stories.
“This year’s collection is a good representation of our goal to make Changi Airport a leading destination for discovering some of the world’s most distinctive and sought-after wines and spirits.”
Ahead of the signature event, WOWS masterclasses presented by Fettercairn and The Macallan, will offer invited guests deeper insights into selected expressions.
Private preview sessions will also give invited guests an advanced look at highlights from the WOWS 2026 collection.
Members of the public who spend a minimum of S$10,000 through the WOWS online portal may qualify for access to the otherwise invitation-only WOWS signature event, subject to availability.
“Our ongoing partnership with Changi Airport Group continues to redefine the premium retail experience for global travellers,” said Bruce Ham Seok Min, Managing Director, Lotte Duty Free Singapore,.
“Together with prestigious brands such as Fettercairn and The Macallan, this year’s WOWS edition will introduce an unmatched portfolio of the world’s most sought-after spirits, offering a peek into the world of the most coveted bottles.”
For the first time, WOWS 2026 will offer qualifying guests the chance to win a 4D3N Kaluga Queen Caviar Experience to Hangzhou, China.
This offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at the complete caviar-making process, followed by an expert-led tasting of caviar from different years and species; a champagne-paired caviar afternoon tea set against the scenic landscape of Qiandao Lake; and a visit to Kaluga Queen’s cultural experience store.
Plus, from now until 17 October, every purchase made during WOWS 2026 will earn an entry into the WOWS Grand Draw, with no minimum spend required. The one lucky winner will be announced in November.
In addition, Mastercard cardholders equalify for a complimentary set of two Christofle Old Fashioned Crystal Glasses worth S$540 with a minimum spend of S$5,000, while other WOWS patrons may receive the gift with a minimum spend of S$7,000.
WOWS, Changi Airport’s year-long premium wines and spirits programme celebrating the world’s most prized wines and spirits, was first introduced in 2022, in partnership with Lotte Duty Free.
