Lagardère Travel Retail UK & Ireland and Paydens Group have announced a new strategic partnership to deliver a dedicated pharmacy offer in the upcoming Relay stores at Heathrow Terminal 2 (The Queen’s Terminal), set to open in early summer 2026.

The collaboration is said to be a key component of Lagardère Travel Retail’s new Relay concept at the London hub.

“This partnership with Paydens reflects our strategy to build strong relationships with trusted local partners who share our focus on quality, service, and innovation,” said Peter Newbould, CEO of Lagardère Travel Retail UK & Ireland.

“Together, we will bring travellers a new, convenient way to access pharmacy and wellness products at Heathrow – delivered by one of the UK’s most respected pharmacy groups.”

The new Travel Pharmacy by Paydens in Heathrow Terminal 2 will be integrated into the upper-level Relay store, giving travellers access to prescription medicines supervised by a qualified Paydens pharmacist alongside a wide range of health and beauty products.

Under the agreement, Paydens Group, through its wholesale arm Sangers (Maidstone) Ltd, will supply pharmacy and health & beauty products not only to the Travel Pharmacy unit but also to the other three Relay stores within Terminal 2, all of which will feature an extended health and beauty range.
