L’Oratoire des Papes is launching a three-month pop-up at Charles de Gaulle Airport terminal 2AC, running from October to January, to mark its 100-year anniversary.

A world of wines, terroirs and heritage will be on show alongside special creations developed for the company’s milestone anniversary.

With this zone at Terminal 2AC, L’Oratoire des Papes takes its story beyond Châteauneuf-du-Pape, introducing it to an international audience.

This is designed as an exclusive and new way to celebrate the centenary and share the development of the brand’s identity since 1926.

At the pop-up, visitors can taste different expressions of the estate’s terroirs and take a digital tour of the Priory cellars on a tablet, offering a glimpse inside the historic setting where the wines are made and aged.

An exclusive activity will also allow travellers to personalise an accessory, rounding out the experience.

Special creations developed for the L’Oratoire des Papes centenary will also be on display. They include the 100th Anniversary collector’s set and two screen-printed centennial bottles: L’Oratoire des Papes white 2025 and L’Oratoire des Papes red 2024.

The brand’s opening event will be held on October 5, featuring an exclusive tasting with François Miquel, Director of L’Oratoire des Papes, and Xavier Thuizat, Meilleur Sommelier de France 2022 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2023.

Xavier Thuizat will lead an exclusive tasting of L’Oratoire des Papes wines, sharing his perspective and drawing on his expertise and knowledge of the terroirs of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

A limited edition 100th Anniversary collector’s set will also be unveiled. Created to commemorate the centenary, it brings together a bottle of L’Oratoire des Papes Red 2024, featuring the anniversary screen-printed design and a numbered lithograph of the artwork. The latter was created by C215, a French stencil artist and figure on the global street art scene.

Furthermore, François Miquel and Xavier Thuizat plan to sign a number of these lithographs during the opening event.
