Harding+ Founder, Neil Harding, is stepping back from his positions as Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive President, it has been announced.

“What has always mattered most to me is the people within this business – supporting them, developing them and helping them realise their full potential,” said Harding of the change.

“Seeing individuals and teams grow has been one of the greatest privileges of my journey. I’m incredibly proud of what we have achieved together and look forward to continuing to support the business in this next chapter.”

Harding has worked closely with the Holding Board for many years, initially as owner and founder, and more recently in non-executive roles.

In a company statement, he relayed that he believes the transition is ‘the right and natural next step’, with the business being in ‘a strong position’.

“I would like to thank Neil for his support, guidance and vision over many years,” said Harding+ CEO Chris Matthews.

“I have greatly valued his insights throughout our transformation, as well as his role as a trusted sounding board as we shape our future strategy.

“Harding+ will proudly continue under the Harding name, building on the strong foundations he established and remaining focused on delivering exceptional retail experiences for our cruise line partners and their guests.”

Harding+ operates on more than 80 ships, and across more than 300 shops, partnering with 12 cruise line partners worldwide.
