Narraid and WePurple have joined forces to capitalise on their strengths and experience in the travel-retail channel to create a new partnership.

The collaboration combines WePurple’s prowess across brand strategy and creative campaigns with Narraid’s work with frontline teams.

Using the Connect the Brand World to the Shop Floor ethos, the alliance will build on both sides of retail engagement.

WePurple develops brand strategy and creative campaigns for travel retail and luxury brands, shaping the physical and digital environments and stories shoppers encounter at the point of sale.

Whereas Narraid offers educational support with podcast-style audio to train and educate frontline teams. This takes the knowledge brands already have, such as training decks, brand documentation, and marketing materials, and turns them into podcast-style audio content for frontline staff.

Content includes educational spoken conversation in over 25 languages, a quiz after each episode and distribution through Narraid’s native iOS and Android apps.

Melvin Broekaart, Founder & CEO of Narraid stated: “The best brand moments in travel retail happen when what shoppers see and what staff say tell the same story. Narraid has always helped brands prepare their frontline teams using the material they already have. With WePurple, brands can now build both halves of that moment together.”

Nick Sutton, Founder & Managing Partner of WePurple said: “Our new partnership with Narraid lets us offer something genuinely end-to-end for global travel retailers and suppliers. It builds on our experience engaging the global shopper – from strategy and ideation to creative design and communications – by carrying all the way through to the interactions happening on the shop floor.’
