Thai Tourism Authority cuts forecasts

The Tourism Authority of Thailand is predicting that foreign visitor arrivals will fall from its previous estimate of 28m this year to 26.3m due to unrest in the country.
The national airline Thai Airways has also reported a net loss of more than $80m, citing the political unrest, but also keen competition from rival regional airlines.
