Chloé Le Nectar launched in global travel retail from September.

Rooted in the 1970s mood that still influences the Maison, new women’s fragrance Chloé Le Nectar draws on the era’s essence.

Available in global travel retail from September with Coty, Le Nectar is the next chapter in a collection of women’s scents designed to “embody the free spirit and innate confidence” of Chloé women.

Exploring a new territory of sensuality and warmth, Le Nectar is designed to reflect the instinctive, true-to-self nature of the Chloé woman.

With this scent, the Chloé woman discovers her rhythm between the past and present—independent, unbound by convention, and true to herself, according to the brand.

In tempo with an era

Chloé was founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, an Egyptian-born Parisian said to liberate women from the formal fashion of the era by pioneering luxury ready-to-wear.

Aghion believed that women should dare to be themselves – an instinct that found its most joyful expression in the 1970s, when Chloé became synonymous with that free-spirited feeling.

The essence of Chloé remains in tune with that time under the creative direction of Chemena Kamali.

Le Nectar is the next instalment in a collection of iconic, feminine fragrances that embody the free spirit and innate confidence of Chloé women.

A neo-vintage gourmand

For Le Nectar, perfumer Romain Almairac aimed to evoke a sensation with a contrast between the warm spirit of vintage fragrance and the ease of contemporary femininity.

“I imagined a tempo of neroli and tonka, where the warmth of the patchouli essence meets modern light,” he explained. “It’s this duality, this dance between nostalgia and the present, that gives the composition its captivating rhythm.”

The scent opens with bergamot, then at its heart, a flower nectar accord, where neroli essential oil, orange blossom absolute and rose absolute intertwine.

As it settles, the base features tonka absolute, amber accord, with patchouli essence designed to ground the composition in warmth and sensuality. Ambroxan, cashmeran, and sandalwood blend through the base.

Le Nectar is presented in the signature pleated glass flacon— distinguished by its warm amber hue and a golden beige ribbon.

The fragrance is available in refillable 30 ml, 50 ml, and 100 ml sizes.
