Eau Thermale Avène taps into demand for health-oriented skincare
By Tina Milton |
Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics is placing its flagship brand Eau Thermale Avène centre stage at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes.
The move comes as a result of the French beauty expert observing that today’s travellers are increasingly seeking products that combine efficacy, trust and wellbeing.
As such, it is seeing fresh opportunities for health-oriented skincare brands such as Eau Thermale Avène in the channel.
Furthermore, the company’s presence at the show serves to reinforce its ambition to become a partner for global travel retail operators – as well as to bring skin health and beauty to more international travellers.
“Travel retail is becoming an increasingly strategic channel for Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics,” said Fernando Junoy, Head of the International Business Unit at Laboratoires Pierre Fabre.
“Avène brings a unique proposition to the channel by making dermatological skincare accessible to a broad audience while helping retailers respond to emerging health and wellness trends.
“TFWA Cannes is an important opportunity to strengthen partnerships and continue building sustainable growth together.”
At the TFWA show, Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics will showcase a curated selection of Avène’s most relevant travel retail solutions and recent innovations – from high-performance sun protection to the signature Avène Thermal Spring Water Spray Ideal for refreshing the skin after a long flight) and Cicalfate+ (for active travellers exploring the outdoors).
Backed by decades of scientific research and dermatological care, Avène has built its reputation on offering effective and highly tolerant skincare solutions designed for sensitive skin – all wrapped up in a premium yet accessible proposition that resonates across diverse traveller profiles.
