The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has partnered with Heathrow Airport and Avolta to upgrade its retail spaces for Jo Malone London, Estée Lauder, MAC and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, at Heathrow Terminals 2, 3 and 5.

“At The Estée Lauder Companies, we are deeply committed to creating elevated, experience-led retail environments that resonate with today’s global traveller,” noted ELC Senior Vice President/General Manager Travel Retail EMEA and Americas Umair Ansari.

“The newly renovated stores at Heathrow Terminals 2, 3 and 5 reflect this vision – offering immersive, intuitive, and beautifully crafted destinations that celebrate our brands’ heritage while creating unforgettable, personalised consumer experiences.”

Estée Lauder prioritises personalised experiences

Each store is said to offer a curated experience for travellers. In T2 the Jo Malone London boutique showcases British craftsmanship and personalised gifting. The open storefront design offers access from all directions, leveraging its prime position directly after security.

A key element is the floor-to-ceiling Gifting & Personalisation cabinet which spotlights the brand’s signature gift box.

Inspired by Jo Malone London’s Marylebone townhouse, two newly renovated stores, in T3 and T5, incorporate classic finishes complemented by modern textures and fabrics, alongside a natural colour palette and whimsical props.

Also in T3, Estée Lauder has renovated its retail space, centring its skin care expertise. A highlight is the Re-Nutriv Age Reversal treatments, inspired by the brand’s Skin Longevity Science. Services include customised skincare rituals and foundation-matching.

MAC Cosmetics has introduced dedicated makeup stations in T3 and T5, where visitors can enjoy pre-flight makeovers and recharge devices. Interactive fixtures and a Lip Display Wall showcase best-selling shades such as Ruby Woo and Velvet Teddy.

Finally, in T3 an elevated Bobbi Brown counter offers travellers a selection of personalised beauty services. The space includes a foundation bar, lip display and dedicated consultation zone, set against New York City-inspired campaign visuals.

Heathrow Head of Category Duty Free, Luxury, Fashion, Gift & Shopping Services Nancy Stewart commented: “At Heathrow, we’re passionate about creating memorable moments for every passenger, and our partnership with The Estée Lauder Companies and Avolta exemplifies that vision.
