Original Additions changes
By Doug Newhouse |
Original Additions, owners of the Eylure Elegant Touch and Dainty Doll brands, has announced that one of its key business focuses for 2011/12 is the global travel retail sector and it has now reverted to working directly with global in-flight airline businesses.
Lynette Lukes, a specialist consultant within this field, will continue in Travel Retail senior account management, channelling her knowledge and experience of the industry to ensure the brands gain their best and greatest exposure. The re- structure aims to make the process of presenting products to customers easier and more productive and took effect in April 2011.
Original Additions’ beauty brands, including ‘the UK’s number one lash brand Eylure, leading false nail brand Elegant Touch and new cosmetics range Dainty Doll by Nicola Roberts’, have experienced significant international expansion over the last 12 months, with the launch last month of Eylure into the US market.
STIMULATING TR GROWTH
Business growth has also been stimulated by the global travel retail sector, which has brought a number of products to market, including the Eylure Girls Aloud Travel Kit and the Dainty Doll Travel Kit.
Original Additions intends to invest in global travel retail significantly over the next few years following unprecedented domestic and international success. Lynette Lukes will drive this forward with an exciting travel retail programme, which includes several new launches.
Cannes will be a key date this year where – for the third year running – Original Additions will be exhibiting onboard their yacht. The team will use this opportunity to unveil exciting launches to both existing and new international customers.
