Bottega has launched a new Bottega Prosecco Bar on a beach adjacent to the Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa on Silhouette Island, located 20km northwest of Mahè in the Seychelles.

Designed as an ‘airport bar and for other travelling spaces’, the adaptable concept recreates the ambience of a traditional Venetian ‘bacaro’ bar inspired by Italy’s lifestyle and cuisine traditions.

EIGHTH OPENING

It will mainly serve Prosecco and other sparkling wines of the Treviso region in addition to Prosecco-based cocktails such as Ananas Spritz, Lemon Spirtz, Melon Spritz and a selection of snacks.

The opening – Bottega’s eighth since the concept debuted in 2014 – follows appearances onboard Viking Line’s Cinderella cruise ship, at Abu Dhabi Intercontinental Hotel, Birmingham Resorts World and in airport terminals in Italy’s Milan and Burgas and Varna in Bulgaria.

Distillery Bottega is a family owned company located in Bibano that produces and distributes Italian premium quality wines, grappa, spirits and food that are sold internationally.

The third-generation business, which is today led by Barbara, Sandro, and Stefano Bottega, is headquartered in a 19th-century farmhouse, surrounded by ten hectares of vineyards.

The group also runs a winery in Valpolicella and one in Montalcino where it produces red wines from Veneto and Tuscany, including Amarone and Brunello.
