ACI’s key appointments

Airports Council International (ACI) Asia-Pacific has announced two key appointments following its ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Board election at the 6th ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Assembly on April 6 at New Delhi, India.
James Bennett, Ceo of Abu Dhabi Airports Company (UAE) and Rodolfo Echeverria, Chief Financial Officer of Airport International Group (Jordan) have both been unanimously elected by the members at the Regional Assembly meeting to fill the two vacancies of the ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Board. The new Board Members will serve a three-year term with immediate effect.
Tan Sri Bashir Ahmad Abdul Majid, President, ACI Asia-Pacific and Managing Director, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, said: “I wish to welcome the new members of the Regional Board. The two new board members, with extensive experience in the airport industry, will be great assets to the Regional Board.”
The ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Board is a governing body which determines the overall development strategy of ACI Asia-Pacific region.
