Seven members of Nuance-Watson (HK) staff have received 2010/11 Airport Staff Safety Recognition Scheme Awards in a presentation ceremony hosted by Airport Authority Hong Kong on March 31 at the Regal Airport Hotel Ballroom.

The Scheme covered three categories: A) Role Model Safety Behaviour; B) Accident Prevention Measures; and C) Good Safety Suggestion. 

The ultimate objective of the awards scheme is to enhance safety awareness within the airport community to prevent accidents and create a healthy environment for all airport employees and passengers. 

Nominations were submitted to Airport Authority Hong Kong with a judging panel chaired by the Senior Manager of Airport Safety. The seven employees who received the awards in recognition of their outstanding performance in contributing to the on-going safety awareness were:

(Category A) Role Model Safety Behaviour:
• Tracy YIP (from The Atrium department store);
• NG Tik Ho (from Fortress electronic store). 

(Category B) Accident Prevention Measures:
• YIU Ka Man (from Sound & Vision electronic store);
• Christine CHAN (from Temptation beauty store);
• May FONG (from Temptation beauty store);

(Category C) Good Safety Suggestion:
• Mazyver LEUNG (from Human Resources department);
• Perry HO (from Warehouse & Logistics department).

The company added that this latest win brings the number of Airport Safety Awards won by Nuance-Watson (HK) to 29 at HKIA.
