Bart Dubbeld moves into VP/GM role for Estée Lauder Companies in travel retail

The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has appointed Bart Dubbeld as Vice President/General Manager, Travel Retail (TR) Southeast Asia (SEA), effective 1 October, 2022.

 

Dubbeld will continue to report directly to Karen Housman, Senior Vice President/General Manager, TR Asia Pacific (APAC) and be part of the TR APAC Leadership Team.

 

In this new role, Dubbeld will lead the SEA region for the TR division. He will be responsible for managing TR’s SEA business, driving growth and profitability for this increasingly important market for the channel.

 

Most recently, Dubbeld served as Vice President/General Manager, TR APAC of ELC’s Clinique and Dr.Jart+ brands.

 

He has led the Clinique brand for TR APAC since 2017 and ELC shares that he ‘spearheaded successful initiatives to drive retail, trade marketing activations and digital transformation’.

 

Since 2020, he has led the Dr.Jart+ brand for TRWW. Additionally, Dubbeld led ELC’s TR business in Thailand for the past two years.
