Beijing Daxing Airport operator invites bids for investment in five new stores

Beijing Capital Airport Commercial & Trading Co. Ltd (ACT) is inviting expressions of investment interest in five convenience shops at Beijing Daxing International Airport.
The single bid opportunity concerns stores located at the third-floor check-in hall (78sq m); the first underground level of the domestic rail transit (40sq m); the three-storey International Departure South Concourse (66sq m); the three-level International Departure Centre (28sq m); and the International Departure fare on the first floor (82sq m).
Investment documents are available to purchase for a fee of RMB1,000/US$147 per copy and will be on sale until 19 October at 09:00am – 12:00 noon and 13:30-16:30 (except holidays) from the airport cargo office building room 1810.
Merchants keen on purchasing the investment documents must provide a business licence, organisation code certificate, tax registration certificate, relevant industry licence or qualification certificate and other supporting documents.
Businesses should have a registered capital of at least RMB2m.
In a statement announcing the sale of investment documents for the third phase of the commercial development at the airport, which opened in September 2019, ACT said: “We wholeheartedly welcome companies that meet the requirements of investment promotion to participate in this investment promotion activity.
“We believe that our sincere cooperation with you will promote the prosperity and development of Beijing Daxing International Airport’s retail industry and also bring good business opportunities to your business.”
