Changi Airport’s annual iShopathon returns, ‘bigger and better’ for 2022

By Charlotte Turner |

Hoping to continue strong momentum in online sales, iShopChangi from Changi Airport Group (CAG) is running its annual iShopathon from 3 June until 3 July 2022, offering discounts, rewards, vouchers and cashback opportunities.

According to Nicole Foo, Vice President of Online Operations at Changi Airport Group (CAG), iShopchangi has seen ‘significant year-on-year growth’, with locals now contributing to the majority of its sales.

In an TRBusiness exclusive interview, Foo told Charlotte Turner how the airport was able to accelerate the transformation of its ecommerce platform, first launched in 2013, and why it remains distinct from other dual marketplaces.
