Changi T1 pax interact with DFS experience

By Doug Newhouse |

Following its Master of Spirits event at Changi Airport’s CIP Terminal on March 11-12, Changi Airport’s passengers in Terminal 1 are now able to view and purchase a special selection of the rare products that were featured at the event – including some of the spirits and wines from some the world’s most famous manufacturers and vineyards.

Running from mid-March to April 30 2011, the Master of Spirits exhibition is now on view at the Departure Transit Mall (Central Piazza) of Terminal 1.

In a statement, DFS Group said: “The glamorous bustle of the international concourse makes a chic and sophisticated backdrop for the most extraordinary spirits in the world. This innovative gallery of fine spirits was brilliantly realized by DFS in a dazzling first-time partnership with Changi Airport Group.

“This thrilling trilogy of luxury united renowned spirits brands; DFS, the world’s premiere luxury travel retailer; and Changi, the world’s most awarded ‘best airport.’

“The result was a luxury event beyond compare that set a new standard for the travel, retail and spirits industries.”

Now accessible to Changi’s passengers, the Master of Spirits exhibition showcases some of the products that were unveiled during the March gala event.
