The Changi 1st activation is running at Terminal 3 Departure Transit until 26 October.

Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail (PR GTR) and Chivas Regal are bringing the excitement of the Singapore Grand Prix to Changi Airport with a racing-themed pop-up starring the Chivas Regal 16 Year Old Charles Leclerc Limited Edition.

Created in partnership with Lotte Duty Free Singapore, the Changi 1st activation is running at Terminal 3 Departure Transit until 26 October, spanning the Singapore Grand Prix on 9-11 October.

At the centre of the experience is Chivas Regal’s first racing car simulator in Asia duty free. Travellers purchasing any Chivas Regal product can put their physical and mental reaction times to the test behind the wheel, before heading to the tasting bar to sample the limited-edition 16 Year Old, Chivas Regal 18 Year Old or Chivas Regal Crystalgold.

The pop-up carries the whisky brand’s signature golden Luckenbooth iconography alongside racing-style flags, with the experience amplified through out-of-home advertising and retailer media featuring Chivas Regal Global Brand Ambassador Charles Leclerc.

Taking pole position in the product line-up is the recently released Chivas Regal 16 Year Old Charles Leclerc Limited Edition – both the first 16 Year Old expression in the brand’s history and Leclerc’s debut signature blend.

The whisky brings together 16 whiskies, each aged for at least 16 years, in a nod to the number that has become synonymous with the Scuderia Ferrari HP driver. Its limited availability has also been designed to give the release added appeal among motorsport fans and collectors.

Antonio Duva, General Manager, Asia Pacific at Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, said: “Our partnership with Scuderia Ferrari HP is built on shared legacies of craft, innovation and luxury, and those are the exact same characteristics of this exhilarating Changi 1st pop-up. After successful showcases in Miami and Monaco we are delighted to bring another Grand Prix celebration to Singapore and toast the success of the Scuderia Ferrari HP team with this superb collection of spirits from Chivas Regal.”

This exclusive Changi 1st activation captures that energy, giving travellers a unique opportunity to get behind the wheel of Chivas Regal’s first racing car simulator in Asia Duty Free while discovering the brand’s latest innovation.
