Covid-19: Lotte Duty Free offers prizes to travellers ‘whisked away’ on trips
By Luke Barras-hill |
Lotte Duty Free has launched a campaign encouraging people to share their favourite travel photos on social media.
The virtual challenge, which runs until 20 May and promotes social distancing in line with government guidelines, offers some much-needed conviviality and hope during the coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis by prompting users to embrace their treasured memories.
Participation is open to anyone and can include original or edited photo submissions uploaded to Instagram with the accompanying hashtags: #Isupportsocialdistance; #Iftherewas,_challenge; #If_with_challenge#lottedutyfree.
Prizes worth a total of KRW5 million/$4,056 are on offer, including KRW1 million/$811 worth of LDF Pay credit awarded for first place that can be spent with Lotte Duty Free.
The campaign will also be broadcast via China’s social media channels, including Weibo from 1 May.
The winner will be announced on 27 May.
