Dining and drink at Sydney

Bambini Wine Room and Danks Street Depot, two of Sydney's premium dining and drinking establishments, are to feature at Sydney Airport when they open at the International Terminal (T1) later this year.
The airport says: ‘For the past few years Bambini Wine Room has been delighting discerning Sydneysiders with their food and award winning wines. The bar is responsible for the recent renaissance in Sydney's wine scene with other wine bars now opening locally.
Another inner city favourite, The Danks Street Depot, has grown in a few short years from a small catering kitchen known among locals as the place to go for quality food and coffee, to one of Sydney's preferred cafes.’
Michael Potts, owner of the Bambini Wine Room said, ‘We are excited by the opportunities opening at Sydney Airport will present. The designs for the new Terminal are truly amazing and I think Sydneysiders are going to be shocked, happily so, with the new look and feel of their airport.’
Jared Ingersoll from Danks Street Depot said: ‘We're intrigued by the vision Sydney Airport presented to us – to develop a Terminal that will house the finest stores from around the globe and a fantastic food and beverage experience.
‘Sydney Airport is being transformed and the team at Danks Street Depot is excited to be able to showcase fresh, seasonal, delicious and diverse locally produced food, gathered from farms and producers around NSW – to visitors from other states and the world!’
