Ecommerce platform Ourshop partners with Lagardère Travel Retail in Australia

The partnership has been introduced at Avalon Airport in Victoria, Australia and will provide greater flexibility and freedom for travellers.

Lagardère Travel Retail and AirAsia’s e-marketplace Ourshop have announced a new partnership in Australia to allow travellers to pre-order and collect duty-free products from arrival and departure points.

Introduced at the recently opened Aelia Duty Free store in Avalon Airport, Victoria, the partnership will provide greater flexibility and freedom for travellers, alongside the ability to shop for international and local brands all year round.

The agreement with Lagardère Travel Retail follows the recruitment of wholly-owned Malaysia Airports’ subsidiary Eraman to the Ourshop ecommerce marketplace in May 2019 and key deals with Lotte Duty Free in September 2018 – as reported exclusively by TRBusiness — and Plaza Bali Duty & Tax Free last July.

We believe it highlights endless benefits for our customers who choose to travel with AirAsia as it opens up a new world of accurate marketing, products and convenience within the travel retail sector.”

Customers purchasing on will also earn AirAsia BIG Points, which can be used to redeem free flights on AirAsia. The more miles travelled or items bought, the more points can be earned by customers.


Ourshop targets multiple touchpoints in the travel journey to capture consumer spends.
