Estée Lauder’s Travel Beautifully campaign is popping up across Hainan this summer.

Estée Lauder Companies’ flagship beauty brand Estée Lauder has teamed up with China Duty Free Group (CDFG) for a Travel Beautifully campaign across Hainan this summer.

The initiative invites shoppers to join the brand on a ‘Summer Glow Itinerary’, which both celebrates the island’s beauty and holiday relaxation.

Travel Beautifully runs from 1 June to 31 July, and features pop-ups at popular location including InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort, Yemeng Gallery and Dadonghai Beach.

At each pop-up shoppers can engage with beauty advisors and discover Estée Lauder’s summer travel exclusive sets.

Each set is designed to address summer skincare concerns. The five-piece Glowing Skin Essentials set, a five-piece kit, encompasses a travel routine in a box, from cleanser to face and eye care.

Advisors are on-hand to give skincare recommendations. Photo booths, equipped with Travel Beautifully photo filters, allow customers to see ‘before and after’ images with the Summer Glow treatment.

Travel Beautifully campaign product discovery zone

Shoppers can discover travel-exclusive Estée Lauder sets in the product discovery zone.

Passengers not in Hainan are able to keep up with the Travel Beautifully activity online. Summer Glow ambassadors Guo Xiaoting and Hu Yixuan visited the CDFG Haikou Duty Free Shop to livestream their own skincare tips.

Travel Beautifully campaign: Make-up demo

In another livestream, beauty KOL Ziye and Estée Lauder’s Senior Trainer and Global Professional Make-up Artist, Bobbie Wu shared Estée Lauder’s Travel Beautifully summer tips. They also gave a demonstration of the campaign’s makeup look.

Earlier this year, Estée Lauder hosted a series of travel retail-exclusive Re-Nutriv Hainan activations, targeting shoppers seeking a life of “extraordinary beauty”.

Throughout May, the brand invited travellers to discover Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond Transformative Brilliance Serum through a range of interactive settings.

In January, Estée Lauder Companies bolstered its travel retail team, appointing Matthieu Cheyrou to Vice President/General Manager, Clinique, Travel Retail Worldwide.

The business also named Tracy Xu becomes as the division’s Vice President/General Manager for the Origins, Aveda and Lab Series brands. She also joined the Travel Retail Leadership group.
