Foreo signs with three Asian carriers after Cannes show

Foreo-signs-deals-with-Asian-airlines-2019-leadSwedish beauty tech and wellness brand Foreo has recently signed with three major Asian airlines, Eva Airways, China Airlines, and Hainan Airlines, following ‘in-depth discussions’ at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes last October, where Foreo exhibited for the first time. These agreements are slated to begin in 2019.


Foreo also recently announced its first global placement with Duty Free Americas (DFA) at the Venetian Macau Resort Hotel.


In terms of furthering its existing airline partnerships, Foreo has expanded its line of products listed with Cathay Pacific, namely the UFO and LUNA mini 2, which both now feature in Emporium Magazine for Cathay Dragon and Discover The Shop for Cathay Pacific.


Foreo says it has seen dramatic growth of 116% in its inflight business between 2017 and 2018.

“Taking the beauty tech world by storm one country at a time, Luna mini 2 also earned the title of Best Electronic Product at the prestigious Travel Retail Awards in 2018, further strengthening Foreo’s domination of the travel retail world.”


Foreo recently launched the famed beauty tech device, UFO, last year, which offers spa-level facial treatments in just 90 seconds with seven different types of UFO Activated Masks.


Each mask is paired with a pre-programmed UFO treatment routine, catering to all different skin types and concerns. The UFO Activated Masks are developed and formulated by top Korean skincare experts with the Foreo institute, offering a revolutionary combination of Korean beauty trends with Swedish beauty technology.


Following its triumph at the inaugural Travel Retail Awards last year, when it won Best Electronics Product (jointly with AYO), the company will sponsor next year’s event in Singapore on 13 May.
