Four Pillars Gin serves up tasting bar and pop-up shop at Melbourne Airport
Australian gin brand Four Pillars Gin has opened a pop-up tasting bar and gin shop at Melbourne Airport’s International Terminal, in partnership with Lotte Duty Free. The installation will be present at the location throughout June and July.
Lotte Duty was announced as the winner of the Melbourne Airport tender in early 2023. The ten-year contract began on 1 June.

A curated craft gin showcase
The distillery-inspired tasting bar serves travellers complimentary gin and tonics, and offers neat tastings of the Four Pillars portfolio, including the brand’s signature Rare Dry Gin, cult favourite Bloody Shiraz Gin, and the Japanese-inspired Fresh Yuzu Gin.
The pop-up gin shop offers a range of limited-edition 700ml Four Pillars gins, including Rare Old Tom Gin and Afloat Pink Gin, alongside its popular one-litre signature collection.
It also stocks a selection of merchandise, including socks and t-shirts, that is usually exclusive to the Four Pillars locations in Healesville and Surry Hills.

The new Melbourne activation is the biggest airport collaboration to date between Four Pillars and Lotte Duty Free.
“We are so pleased to work with the team at Lotte Duty Free to bring such an enjoyable, craft experience to both locals starting their holiday, and international travellers bidding farewell to Australia,” noted Four Pillars GTR and International Sales Director David Hogan.
Lotte Duty Free Oceania CEO Steve Timms commented: “Lotte is a close partner of Four Pillars, and we are excited to be activating this engaging pop-up in partnership with Four Pillars and Melbourne Airport. We look forward to great future success together.”
The Four Pillars tasting bar opening hours are 7am-12pm and 6pm-11pm Monday to Sunday. The gin shop is open 12am-12pm Monday to Sunday.
