Free Duty VIP treatment

Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) liquor and tobacco concessionaire Free Duty (Sky Connection) has opened a new Burgundy Lounge in HKIA's West Hall with free usage for all customers spending more than HK$400 (US$52) in
its shops. Located at the Free Duty outlet the lounge has been exclusively created for Free Duty's customers and VIP Club Members and is claimed to be the first of its kind at any airport in the world. It offers customers complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and free tasting of a premium liquor-of-the-month. Customers can also read, watch DVDs, or listen to music while waiting for their flights, with Service Ambassadors on hand to attend to their needs and also provide a personalized shopping service and free gift-wrapping service.
