Hainan builds new carrier

According to the Chinese news agency Xinhuanet, Hainan Airlines, China's fourth largest airline is to create a new carrier called Grand Air China. In the last few weeks international financier George Soros has invested $25m

into Hainan Airlines, while the airline has also obtained a further CY.1.5bn ($185m) in funding for the project.
