The shops in question are located on Level 7 in the Restricted Area of the East Hall Departures in Terminal 1.

Hong Kong International Airport has issued an invitation to tender for a packaged food and lifestyle souvenirs concession, primarily serving Asian packaged food, dried seafood and tonic food, and Hong Kong lifestyle souvenirs.

Three shops comprise the Asian packed food offering, listed at 355ft 2; 657ft 2; and 947ft 2 respectively.

The shop catering for dried seafood and tonic food is listed at 710ft 2, and the lifestyle souvenir offering comprises the second smallest unit at 474ft 2.

Collectively there is 3,143ft 2 of retail and F&B floorspace available, in what the release termed a ‘world-class international transit hub with extensive air, sea and land links as well as round-the-clock-facilities.’

The tender is set to close on 25 November 2024, 2:30pm (Hong Kong Time).

Tender documents can be requested at the ePROS Website, and those wishing to submit must hold a valid registered account as “Retailer/ F&B Operator” and pay a non-refundable fee of HK$5,000 to access the documents.
