KOLs & Korean celebrities visit Lotte in Seoul to celebrate Lancôme Absolue

Celebrities and VIPs attended the dazzling event, including Seohyun from South Korean music group Girls’ Generation.

Twelve key opinion leaders (KOLs) from China and Korea descended on Lotte Duty Free’s Myeong-dong downtown store in Seoul last month to celebrate the latest innovation from Lancôme – Absolue Soft Cream.

A two-day event (26-27 September) hosted by Lancôme Travel Retail Asia Pacific in partnership with the Korean travel retailer drew more than 150 guests, who were given the chance to indulge in a special experience.

The Absolue ‘golden journey’ created for Lotte Duty Free VIPs with special appearances from Korean celebrities, eight Chinese KOLs and four Korean KOLs began in the Star Lounge, which was transformed with signature white and gold Absolue tones and decorated with 10,000 roses.


Selected VIPs were invited to immerse themselves in experiential rooms on the tour, while experiencing a one-on-one premium skincare consultation and Absolue signature hand massage with harp music playing in the background. The tour rounded off with a gift presented to each.


In addition, more than 100 members of the public also had the opportunity to live the Absolue journey.

Lancôme Absolue Soft Cream is infused with an exclusive mix of Grand Rose Extracts. Based on self-assessment results from 52 Asian women over a one-week period, the sku promises ‘sublime skin regeneration to reveal a revitalised and glowing complexion’.
