KPG signs with ITD

According to the Thai News Service, Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited has announced that on July 5, 2005 the Company signed a contract with King Power International Co., Ltd. to proceed with the construction of
its new buildings at the King Power Complex, Sri Ayudhaya Road, Bangkok.
The company said the description of the works it will undertake include structural and architectural work, the installation of a fire protection system and landscaping for the main buildings. ITD will construct an office building of ten storeys with a total area of 30,016sq m; a duty free mall of five storeys with a total area of 54,088sq m; and a hotel with 24 storeys with a total area 68,406sq m. ITD said the contract was worth a total of Bht.1,720m and the work needed to be complete within 728 days
