La Prairie and CDFG unveil Skin Caviar Liquid Lift at Hainan VIP launch event

VIP clients were transported to The Sanya Edition Hotel for the launch of the Skin Caviar Liquid Lift.

La Prairie has unveiled its new Skin Caviar Liquid Lift at a lavish event on Hainan island in partnership with China Duty Free Group (CDFG).

The Swiss luxury skincare brand collaborated with CDFG to launch the brand’s first VIP event at The Sanya Edition (22-25 July) luxury hotel where the new product was introduced.

During the launch activities, 120 VIP clients were transported by limousine to the hotel to attend the unveiling of La Prairie’s new Skin Caviar Liquid Lift. La Prairie said that those in attendance discovered a ‘unique and inspirational collaboration’ with French visual artist Cyril Lancelin.

Launched in 2012 after being conceived as a tribute to the iconic caviar beads of the Skin Caviar Collection, Skin Caviar Liquid Lift is La Prairie’s first serum.

Now, La Prairie has reimagined Skin Caviar Liquid Lift, merging the luxury house’s two most advanced caviar ingredients for the first time in one serum.


Underlining the importance of the occasion, La Prairie took over the Edition Villa at the hotel, transforming it into an immersive La Prairie Skin Caviar world.

Clients enjoyed luxury skincare experiences with one-to-one services as part of the festivities.

VIP clients explored La Prairie’s new Skin Caviar Liquid Lift and were also immersed in a sensorial experience through Art of Perfection, a luxury skincare ceremony, where clients enjoyed the luxury skincare experiences with one-to-one services.

In addition, they were treated to a premier showing of ‘96 Spheres’, artwork created for the occasion by Cyril Lancelin. They also had the opportunity to take photos with Lancelin’s work and receive a memorial photo print.

Premium Champagne and caviar canapés were available and VIPs received exclusive gifts once the celebrations concluded before being transported back to their designated destinations via the luxury limousines.

La Prairie transformed the Edition Villa at the luxury hotel into an immersive La Prairie Skin Caviar world.
