Lacoste has opened a new boutique at Singapore Changi Terminal 4.

Fashion and accessories brand Lacoste has opened a new duty free boutique at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4, adding to its global network of over 170 travel retail stores.

The 101 sqm shop is located in the T4 departure hall, and was opened in partnership with King Power.

Lacoste said it aims to send travellers on the way in style, with “an elevated premium shopping experience”.

“It is an absolute pleasure to partner with Lacoste again on our second key store opening in two months,” said Sunil Tuli, King Power Group CEO.

“With a long-standing partnership, we look forward to delivering more projects across the region together – stay tuned!”

Lacoste noted that GTR is often referred to as the ‘sixth continent’, and offers a unique opportunity to connect with customers all over the world.

The brand described itself as one of the strongest players in travel retail based on the strength of its footprint.

Its strategy is to bolster the customer experience through enhanced channel-specific offerings and visual merchandising.

In a statement, Lacoste added that a brand new store concept would launch shortly.

Looking forward, the brand added that it will expand to strengthen its presence geographically. It also plans to develop its online duty free and cruise channel operations.

It also said it was looking for new ways to connect with consumers before, during and after their trips.

In January, Lacoste opened a 95 sqm boutique at Sanya Duty Free Plaza in China with travel retailer CNSC.
