French fashion brand Lacoste has opened a new travel retail store at Tokyo Haneda Airport.
Located in Terminal 1 (domestic), the shop styled in the ‘Le Club Concept’ offers premium shopping to local and international travellers.
Lacoste says travel retail represents a ‘unique opportunity’ to grow the brand’s profile and consumer appeal.
Today, the company boasts more than 170 boutiques in travel retail worldwide.
A statement read: “Looking to the future, Lacoste continues to leverage the travel retail channel strengthening or expanding in new geographical areas, developing new channels (online duty free and cruises) and new ways of connecting with consumers before, during and after their trips.”
