Lancôme Travel Retail Asia Pacific has opened its first ever Absolue store in Korean travel retail, in partnership with Hyundai Duty Free.
Situated in the Hyundai COEX Mall, the luxury boutique opened its doors on 19 May and will remain at the location until 31 December.
The Absolue store aims to showcase the brand’s pioneering beauty tech expertise, and offer customers exceptional moments of luxury. The setting incorporates the brand’s new, rose-themed Rose Agora concept, which was unveiled in May in the main World Duty Free store at Heathrow Airport’s T5.
This design concept features a golden rose motif created by renowned French artist Richard Orlinski.
A showcase for Lancôme Absolue
Upon entering the Absolue store, visitors are invited to explore the complete Absolue range. Product highlights include the brand’s Absolue Soft Cream and Absolue UV Protection. The Absolue range of skincare-infused makeup is also available.
A key feature of the boutique is Lancôme’s advanced skin diagnosis tool, the Lancôme Skin Screen. This innovative tool provides exclusive skin diagnosis and scoring, based on over thirteen parameters powered by 20 years of research and cutting-edge AI algorithms.
Visitors are invited to experience Lancôme’s exclusive breakthrough feature, Projective Ageing. This allows consumers to envision the future of their skin and target more effectively the next step of their skincare journey, aided by customised recommendations from Lancôme’s Beauty Advisors.
Lancôme Travel Retail Asia Pacific General Manager Linda Wang commented: “As a leader of the premium beauty market, Lancôme continues to innovate the luxury beauty experience, elevating with service and craftsmanship.
“The Absolue campaign is another milestone of creating and enhancing premium beauty to meet the desires and aspirations of our travellers in Asia Pacific. This luxurious and extraordinary Absolue takeover would not have been possible without the support of Hyundai Department Store Duty Free Co.”
