Lotte Duty Free hosts Lucky Duty Free Cart virtual lottery in Feb-March
By Luke Barras-hill |
Lotte Duty Free is holding a duty free shopping event where customers can pre-load virtual trolleys for a chance to win prizes.
The first Lucky Duty Free Cart (LDF CART) event, which runs for one month between 25 February to 24 March, is offering winnings of up $500 to a total of 99 people after the draw has taken place.
Special ‘exhibition’ prizes up to a value of $500 are placed in the shopping cart and product prizes are provided via a lottery (exclusions apply).
LDF Cart is accessible to customers from Korea, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore.
COSMETICS IN THE FRAME
The first event focuses on popular cosmetics, with brands such as Sulwhasoo, Tom Ford and Kiehl’s.
Further LDF virtual events are planned around health food and fashion from 25 April – 24 May and 25 June – 24 July, respectively.
After the third event, 100 additional customers can be added to the draw and will be offered LDF Pay KRW20,000 to be used at domestic online and offline stores.
“We have prepared a virtual shopping event to meet customer needs,” said Lee Jin-jin, Head of Marketing at Lotte Duty Free. “We will continue to showcase differentiated content to expand the duty free shopping experience.”
