Lotte Duty Free signs MOU with Kolmar Korea to push K-Beauty

Lotte Duty Free has signed an MOU with Kolmar Korea, a representative cosmetics ODM company in Korea, to support the expansion of global markets by K-beauty brands.
Based on this agreement, the two companies will provide various support such as brand consulting, global sales channels, and marketing activities.
Furthermore, K-Beauty Hall will be introduced at Lotte Duty Free Myeong-dong headquarters and will grow together through brand incubation.
Lotte Duty Free (CEO Kim Dong-ha) announced today that it will strengthen its partnership and support K-Beauty brand’s global market by signing a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Kolmar Korea, Korea’s leading cosmetics ODM company.
Kolmar Korea, a global cosmetics ODM company, is working with more than 4,500 customers around the world, and is supporting K-Beauty brand’s global expansion.
On the afternoon of September 3, the agreement was held at the Myeong -dong Myeong -dong Main Store, located in Jung -gu, Seoul. The MOU was planned to strengthen the competitiveness of K-beauty brand by activating win-win cooperation activities between the two companies.
Based on this agreement, Lotte Duty Free Shop and Kolmar Korea will support Lotte Duty Free Shop Consulting and Global Sales Channel for Kolmar manufacturers.
In addition, it will support various marketing activities such as online and offline sales exhibitions to increase consumer awareness and increase sales.
In particular, the two companies plan to introduce K-Beauty Hall at Myeong-dong Myeong-dong headquarters. The store consists of a laboratory concept that can show the differentiated product technology and reliability of Kolmar Korea.
The cosmetics are divided into categories and the representative items of K-Indie Brand are introduced, and the brand incubation aims to grow together. Furthermore, it will provide brand collaboration and various experience -type events using Kolmar’s cosmetics manufacturing strengths.
Meanwhile, Lotte Duty Free has been increasing customer satisfaction, focusing on various K-content. Lotte Duty Free Shop Gimhae Airport is operating the “Bukgi Shop” that shows Busan Sand, a solo development product that was elected to the Korea Airport Corporation, and shows Busan’s representative tourism souvenirs. At Gimpo Airport, K-market, which consists of more than 10 small and medium-sized enterprises, including ‘Hangul Confectionery’, which was co-founded by Tyler Rash, a foreign broadcaster, was opened.
