Manila T3 to finally open?

The Philippine Department of Transportation and Communication has announced that it is to sign a contract with a Japanese contractor to finish construction of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. This follows agreement between
the Manila Hotel Corp and Fraport for the former to buy the latter's shares in the Philippine International Air Transport Corp for $200m. The new owners of T3 hope to open the terminal this December.
